We want you to be fully satisfied with your Serge DeNimes jewelry, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

  Securely place your jewelry in its original Serge DeNimes pouch and box to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
